Marketing Data & Analytics Manager

Our client is a fast-growing UAE holding group building businesses across sectors that matter to the country s future, including aviation, mobility, fintech, healthcare and energy. They re building a world-class group marketing team, and they need someone to make its data count. What you ll do: • Build the measurement framework: KPIs, baselines and targets everyone agrees on • Create executive dashboards and reporting that leadership actually uses • Analyse campaigns, channels and media to sharpen spend and impact • Lead attribution, A/B testing and experimentation • Set data, tracking and governance standards across the group and its portfolio companies • Automate reporting and use AI to get to insight faster Why join Build rather than inherit: you ll shape a new function, work with senior leadership and see your work across a diverse portfolio with real national impact. What you ll bring: • 7-10 years in marketing analytics, digital analytics or BI (client-side, agency or consulting) • A track record of building KPI frameworks, dashboards and executive reporting • Hands-on with GA4/GTM, Power BI or Tableau, and SQL (Python or R a bonus) • The ability to turn complex data into a clear story for senior stakeholders • GCC and multi-sector or multi-brand experience is a plus; Arabic is desirable
