Job description

An IT Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting an organization's IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software and network services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations • Server, Storage and Network Infrastructure Support • Backup and Data Management • IT Security and Access Management • Technical Support and Troubleshooting • Desktop and Laptop Support/ Network and Connectivity Support • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Server, Storage, Network, desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Time management and prioritization. • Customer service-oriented approach,Teamwork and collaboration • Ability to work under pressure • Willingness to learn new technologies
