IT Support Engineer

• Device Configuration: Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and printers for employees. • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across the organization. • User Assistance: Help employees navigate and utilize IT systems, software, and devices efficiently. • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure devices are running optimally. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions provided, and inventory of devices. • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and escalate complex issues when necessary. • ERP Support: Address and resolve any technical issues related to the ERP system. • Knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer setup and configuration. • Basic understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networks. • Strong problem-solving abilities and user support skills. • Prior experience in IT support is an advantage. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
