IT Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineer provides technical support, maintains IT infrastructure, troubleshoots system and network issues, and ensures smooth operation of end-user computing environments. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and 1-2 years of experience. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions through Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network devices such as switches and routers. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or System Support. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking. Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and troubleshooting methodologies. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
