IT Operations Officer

Coordinate with developers to resolve operational issues and bugs. Test and monitor the complete customer journey, from registration to payment. Monitor platform performance and ensure smooth daily operation. Manage customer feedback and support tickets and coordinate resolutions with developers. Coordinate digital marketing activities, content, advertising, paid ads. Coordinate the operation with partner business partners. Track key KPIs and provide weekly progress and performance reports to management. Take responsibility for following up tasks until completion. Strong computer and digital skills. Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented. Good problem-solving and follow-up skills. Good command of English. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders independently.
