IT Digital Solutions & Applications Specialist

• Manage and support business-critical applications and cloud-hosted services. • Ensure application availability, performance, and reliability. • Coordinate incident response and recovery for application-related issues. • Implement centralized application monitoring and reporting. • Support cloud workloads across Azure, AWS, GCP, and other platforms. • Develop and enhance automation, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions. • Lead and support digital transformation projects. • Supervise IT support engineers and ensure timely resolution of user issues. • Manage vendors, software licenses, and application-related services. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5 years of proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing digital solutions and applications. • Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and data architecture. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
