IP OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities -Manage trademark, patent, industrial design, and copyright applications. -Handle UAE government portals, official submissions, payments, and follow-ups. -Monitor deadlines, renewals, patent annuities, and registrations. -Maintain accurate IP records and provide client updates. -Coordinate with government authorities, clients, and international partners. -Support operational efficiency and client relationship development. -2–3 years of relevant UAE IP operations or prosecution experience. -Knowledge of UAE IP procedures and government portals. -Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related field. -Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IP management systems. -Fluent Arabic and good English are mandatory.
