Indoor Sales & Quotation Executive – Battery Division

Position: Indoor Sales & Quotation Executive Company: Sea Wonders General Trading LLC Location: Bur Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 3,000–3,500 + Sales Incentives Employment Type: Full-time About the Job Sea Wonders General Trading LLC is looking for a smart, confident and hardworking Indoor Sales & Quotation Executive for our battery wholesale division. Job Responsibilities: • Handle daily battery enquiries through email, WhatsApp and phone. • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders. • Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly. • Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders. • Coordinate with suppliers for prices and stock availability. • Maintain customer records and develop good customer relationships. • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order processing and deliveries. Requirements: • Excellent written and spoken English is essential. • Hindi communication skills preferred. • Malayalam will be an added advantage. • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook. • Good email drafting and typing skills. • Smart, confident, energetic and quick to learn. • Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries independently. • Previous indoor sales or quotation experience preferred. • Smart freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are welcome. • Battery industry experience is not required. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory. • Good Hindi communication skills preferred; Malayalam is an added advantage. • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook. • Ability to prepare professional quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders. • Good email drafting skills and fast, accurate typing. • Confident in handling customer enquiries through email, WhatsApp and telephone. • Strong communication, customer service and follow-up skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple enquiries efficiently. • Good attention to detail, especially pricing and quotations. • Previous experience in indoor sales, sales coordination or trading companies preferred. • Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are welcome. • Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn battery products. • Candidates available for immediate joining or within 30 days preferred.
