Import & Export Coordinator

• Support and Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for import and export shipment • Compile and update the tracking record and do day to day reporting • Monitor shipment schedules and update in tracking file on daily basis and publish • Track shipment progress and highlight potential delay/risk to stakeholders • Coordinate import and export shipment clearance activities with Freight and clearance team • Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with destination country regulations • Coordinate cargo collection, packing, and shipment scheduling and update the status in workflow software • Monitor export shipments until final delivery • Liaise with customers regarding shipment schedules and notify for major delays • Coordinate import/export shipments from suppliers to destination warehouses • GCC import and export regulation knowledge • Documents preparation • Good Excel operating skills • Good email communication skills
