Customs & Logistics Coordinator

To coordinate and manage the end-of-the-end customs clearance and logistics operations for the auto and marine divisions (import/export of vehicle parts, marine engine/spare parts, equipment, etc.). Ensures compliance with customs and trade regulations, timely shipments, cost-effective transport, and smooth coordination among internal teams (procurement, operations, sales) and external stakeholders (freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers). Customs & Clearance Order & Supplier Coordination / Shipping & Logistics Coordination Insurance & Claims Handling Health, Safety & Quality • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in customs clearance/logistics coordination, preferably in UAE/GCC region and/or with auto/marine or parts industry. • Strong working knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, Incoterms, freight forwarding. • Experience coordinating multimodal shipments (sea/air/road) and liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers. • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally familiar with ERP/WMS systems. • Excellent communication skills (internal stakeholders, external agents) and ability to manage multiple shipments & deadlines.
