HVAC Maintenance Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering. • 1–5 years of practical HVAC maintenance experience , preferably in the UAE. • knowledge of: • Chilled-water systems, AHUs, FCUs and pumps. • Package units, ducted-split and decorative split units. • VRF/VRV systems. • HVAC electrical controls and control panels. • Refrigeration-cycle fault diagnosis. • Preventive and corrective maintenance. • Testing, commissioning and troubleshooting. • Ability to diagnose faults, identify root causes and recommend economical repair solutions. • Ability to prepare maintenance reports, quotations, material requests and preventive-maintenance schedules. • Good knowledge of spare parts, compressors, motors, controls and refrigerants. • Manage technicians, helpers and daily maintenance teams. • Receive and organize customer complaints and service calls. • Plan daily jobs and allocate manpower, tools and materials. • Monitor annual maintenance contracts and preventive-maintenance schedules. • Inspect completed work and ensure quality and customer satisfaction. • Control material consumption and follow up on pending quotations and repairs. • Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and company management. • Maintain proper job records, asset histories and service documentation.
