HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the hotel s HVAC systems by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while maintaining guest comfort and supporting the smooth operation of hotel facilities. • Maintains repairs and does necessary adjustment of the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment such as Chillers, AHUs, FCU s, Split A/C Units, Window A/C Units, Cold rooms, Coolers, Ice machines, Extract fans and all the HVAC related equipments. • Assist Chiller contractors on scheduled maintenance and briefs them on the condition of the equipments. • Ensures of sufficient stock of spare parts for the A/C and Refrigeration related equipments and thoroughly checks the purchase materials for their quality. • Executes energy saving measures and helps the department to reduce the energy cost. • Ensures daily Chiller readings, Cold room readings and temperature readings are taken and all set parameters are maintained. • Advises improvements to the present system in order to optimize the operating efficiency and economy of the said system. • Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept in clean and tidy condition.Company Description • Minimum 02 years experience in the position is preferred • Proven hospitality experience is preferred • Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility. • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call if required
