HR Operations - Blue Collar

Key Responsibilities: • Manage employee relations and address grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns. • Handle day-to-day HR matters for blue-collar employees, including labourers, technicians, drivers, and site workers. • Conduct employee counselling and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies. • Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, visa processing, and labour-related formalities. • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and employee leave records. • Coordinate with site management and camp supervisors to resolve workforce-related issues. • Conduct regular visits to labour camps and project sites to understand employee concerns. • Handle employee investigations, misconduct cases, warnings, and disciplinary actions. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS, and company HR policies. • Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive working environment. • Prepare employee relations reports and maintain accurate HR records. • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR, preferably in the UAE construction industry. • Experience handling large blue-collar workforces. • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures. • Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate with a multicultural workforce.
