HR Officer – Restaurant Operations

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Process new employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labour-related formalities. Maintain attendance, leave, employee records, and personnel files. Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure accurate employee data. Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR-related concerns. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and company policies. Manage contracts, renewals, probation confirmations, and other HR documentation. Prepare HR reports and support employee engagement initiatives Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee relations. Working knowledge of MOHRE visa and labour applications, renewals, and cancellations is preferred. Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS. Currently available in the UAE.
