HR Manager - Catering Services

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the catering service's operational goals and growth. • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention of diverse catering staff, from chefs to service crew. • Manage comprehensive employee relations of minimum 3000+workforce, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment for a high-pressure industry. • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures tailored to the unique demands of catering roles. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 12-20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8years in catering services industry • Proven ability to manage employee relations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
