HR And Administration Executive

• 2–5 years of UAE HR experience preferred. • Previous experience in refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, manufacturing or similar environments is highly preferred. • Experience working with Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) is a strong advantage. • Good knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa processes and government procedures. • Experience in obtaining certificates, permits, approvals and company-related government documents. • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. • Excellent organizational and documentation skills. • Good communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred. Preferred Candidate We particularly welcome candidates who have hands-on UAE HR experience and previous experience in refinery/oil & gas or industrial companies, especially those familiar with Hamriyah Free Zone procedures and government-related documentation. • Currently residing in the UAE. • Relevant experience and qualifications for the position. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
