HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities • Assist with work permit and visa documentation, ensuring all required documents are accurately prepared and processed. • Responsible in employee flight bookings and ensure the accuracy of employee information and travel details. • Support onboarding activities, including employee documentation, record creation, and updates in the D365 system. • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries, providing timely assistance and support. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and electronic formats, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality. • Provide reception coverage as required and support HR team members during leave periods to ensure smooth daily operations. • Prepare HR correspondence, including warning letters, Arabic letters, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs). • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and other ad hoc tasks. • Manage and follow up on the MyBenefits platform, ensuring timely processing of employee additions, deletions, and information updates. • Assist in the company medical insurance, including employee enrollment, deletion, policy updates, and the issuance of Continuity Certificates. • Preferably Male Emirati Nationals. • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: from 8:00 am to 5pm • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage. • Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Previous HR Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
