Housekeeping Trainer Luxury Hospitality

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Trainer with a strong background in luxury private households, palaces, or high-end residential estates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and service standards in prestigious residential environments. This is a part-time, on-site opportunity for a hands-on professional who can deliver practical training, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), conduct quality audits, and ensure housekeeping teams consistently meet the expectations of discerning clients. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver practical and classroom-based housekeeping training for private household and residential teams. • Train staff in luxury cleaning techniques, detailed cleaning, care of premium surfaces, fine furnishings, delicate materials, and high-value household items. • Develop, implement, and reinforce housekeeping SOPs, checklists, cleaning schedules, and quality standards. • Coach teams on room presentation, bed-making, bathroom detailing, laundry care, wardrobe management, and overall household upkeep. • Train staff on professional conduct, personal grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and service excellence in private residences. • Conduct regular quality inspections and housekeeping audits, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions. • Assess staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and track training progress. • Customize training programs to meet the specific requirements of clients, estate managers, and household operations. • Prepare and maintain training materials, assessment records, audit reports, and performance documentation. • Support continuous improvement by updating training content and housekeeping procedures in line with luxury service expectations. Working Arrangement • Part-time, on-site role. • Training sessions will be conducted at client residences or designated locations in Dubai. • Working days, training schedules, and assignment duration will be agreed upon based on client requirements. What We Are Looking For A detail-oriented, hands-on trainer who understands the expectations of luxury private households and can translate these expectations into consistent, measurable housekeeping performance. Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV highlighting relevant luxury residential housekeeping, training, and SOP implementation experience. • Proven experience in housekeeping training or housekeeping management within luxury private households, palaces, royal residences, or high-end estates. • Strong practical knowledge of luxury housekeeping operations, cleaning methodologies, hygiene standards, and care of premium furnishings and materials. • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff. • Experience developing SOPs, conducting quality audits, and maintaining service standards. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • High levels of discretion, integrity, cultural awareness, and professionalism when working with UHNW clients and private households. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage training assignments independently. • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. • Relevant qualifications or certifications in housekeeping, hospitality management, or training and development will be an added advantage. • Candidates based in the UAE with flexibility to travel to client locations within Dubai, as required, will be preferred.
