Executive Housekeeper (Female)

• Lead and manage all housekeeping operations across the property • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection are consistently met and exceeded. • Manage daily housekeeping operations, staffing, scheduling, and task allocation. • Conduct daily briefings and regular housekeeping meetings to communicate plans, policies, feedback, and improvements. • Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure operational excellence and compliance with approved standards. • Coordinate with Engineering for repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance programs. • Manage deep-cleaning programs and ensure all areas are covered throughout the year. • Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and exemplary conduct at all times. • Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and excellent personal hygiene at all times. • Comply fully with fire, hygiene, health, safety, and emergency procedures. • Remain flexible and perform additional duties as requested by Management • Minimum 5 years’ professional housekeeping experience in similar role, with at least 7 years in a Housekeeping Manager role within a private residence, luxury hotel or similar environment. • Strong knowledge of housekeeping techniques, laundry and wardrobe care for delicate/high-value textiles. • Experience managing a team and coordinating schedules, training and performance reviews. • Exceptional attention to detail and high service standards • Strong leadership, training, and team-management skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
