Head Housekeeper

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards across the entire property. • Develop, implement, and enforce departmental policies and procedures to maintain optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction. • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a high-performing team of housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify and rectify any deficiencies promptly. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team. • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. • Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in sanitation and hygiene.
