Housekeeping Manager

Your Tasks: • Lead, train and motivate the Housekeeping team to deliver luxury standards • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all rooms and public areas • Plan schedules, manning and deep-cleaning programs for a smooth operation • Manage inventories of linen, cleaning equipment, guest supplies and minibar • Handle guest requests and complaints, and make sure guest preferences are met • Coordinate daily with Front Office and Engineering on preventive maintenance and snag lists • Control departmental costs and track productivity without compromising on quality Your Profile: • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel • Strong coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving ability • Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for luxury hospitality
