Housekeeping & Hospitality Trainer

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs on housekeeping standards, sanitation protocols, and guest service excellence for diverse teams. • Conduct hands-on practical training sessions, demonstrating proper techniques for cleaning, room preparation, and amenity management. • Assess and evaluate trainee performance through observation, practical exercises, and knowledge checks, providing constructive feedback. • Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. • Proven experience (2+ years) in designing and delivering training programs. • Certification in adult education or a relevant hospitality training credential.
