HoReCa Business Development

• Sales & Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new HORECA clients. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in assigned territory. Promote company products effectively to increase market share. • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, etc.). Ensure timely order fulfillment and follow-up on payments. Conduct regular visits to monitor stock, merchandising, and service quality. • Team Supervision: Supervise HORECA sales representatives or delivery staff in the territory. Coach and guide team members to achieve sales and service targets. • Marketing & Promotions: Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in HORECA outlets. Gather market feedback and competitor information for management. • Reporting & Administration: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily/weekly activity reports. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for territory and team. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Minimum 8–15 years’ experience in HORECA sales, preferably in beverages or FMCG. • Strong knowledge of HORECA market dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to lead and motivate a small sales team. • Valid UAE driving license (if travel required).
