Sales Executive

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and HoReCa clients. • Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and ensure product visibility. • Ensure timely order booking, delivery, and payment collection. • Execute promotional activities and sampling campaigns to increase product awareness. • Track and analyze competitor activity and recommend strategic adjustments. • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager. • Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment. • Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, F&B, or hospitality. • Experience in food and beverage sales or product distribution is an advantage. • Valid driving licence as required for the role. • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. • Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business. • Experience dealing with supermarkets, groceries, retailers, distributors, or HoReCa customers is preferred. • Good knowledge of the local market is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and conduct regular customer visits.
