Female Sales Coordinator

Job Description: • Prepare and send quotations to customers. • Coordinate between Sales, Production, and Delivery teams. • Coordinate with the sales team for sending quotations, sample making, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. • Handle customer orders accurately and ensure timely processing. • Follow up on sample development and production schedules. • Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide after-sales support. • Maintain sales records and important documents. • Inform customers and sales personnel of any delays or issues. • Meet and assist clients visiting the office. • Develop strong product knowledge and understanding of workflow processes. • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness by coordinating with delivery in-charge. • Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems • Preferred female in spouse visa Education: • Higher diploma (Preferred) Language: • Hindi, English and Malayalam (Required) Work Location: In person
