We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Female House Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth running of a private residence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of the household's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and harmony. • Supervise, train, and schedule household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and nannies, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Develop and manage household budgets, track expenses, and handle all financial transactions related to household operations. • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs for the property, liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service. • Manage household inventories, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and personal items, ensuring adequate stock levels. • Plan and organize household events, parties, and special occasions, handling all logistical details from catering to guest management. • Act as a primary point of contact for the principals, anticipating their needs and providing personal assistance as required. • Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times. • Implement and maintain household systems and procedures to optimize efficiency and organization. • Handle administrative tasks such as mail management, bill payments, and record keeping. • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all household affairs.
