Facility Management Site Supervisor

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Department: Facility Management Experience: 3 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Zeoof Group is seeking an experienced Facility Management Site Supervisor to oversee the overall operations of assigned sites, ensuring efficient facility management, maintenance quality, service delivery, and safety compliance. The successful candidate will take full operational ownership of the site, supervising in-house technical and cleaning teams, as well as managing third-party subcontractors to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual SLAs. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily site operations and ensure overall facility readiness. • Supervise maintenance activities, including MEP, HVAC, BMS, and civil works. • Manage and monitor in-house technical teams and cleaning staff. • Coordinate and control third-party subcontractors and service providers. • Monitor preventive and reactive maintenance activities through CAFM/CMMS systems. • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, PTW procedures, and site safety requirements. • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality and SLA compliance. • Prepare daily operational reports and escalate critical issues to management. • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Management Engineering. • 3 5 years of experience in Facility Management Site Supervision. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, Chiller Plants, BMS, and Civil Maintenance. • Experience managing technical teams and external subcontractors. • Practical knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems and maintenance operations. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Valid Saudi Driving License (Essential). • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
