Area Maintenance and Facilities Manager

Ninja is looking for an experienced Area Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations across multiple stores and locations. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, preventive maintenance compliance, efficient vendor management, cost control, and uninterrupted store operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage reactive maintenance work orders, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). • Plan and monitor preventive maintenance (PPM) activities across assigned locations. • Oversee technical maintenance covering refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and fire and life safety systems. • Manage facilities services, including cleaning, pest control, water supply, waste collection, and related services. • Coordinate new-store technical handovers, snagging, warranty claims, and supplier obligations. • Manage maintenance contractors, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), service quality, quotations, and invoices. • Monitor maintenance costs, work-order backlogs, recurring failures, and vendor performance. • Supervise technicians, allocate resources, and ensure safe working practices and emergency coverage. • Coordinate refurbishment activities, spare parts, inventory, and material requirements. • Prepare regular performance reports and implement corrective action plans. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of relevant multi-site maintenance experience in Saudi Arabia. • Strong practical knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance planning. • Experience managing maintenance vendors, AMC contracts, and facilities operations. • Familiarity with FSM/CAFM systems, work orders, and maintenance performance KPIs. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost-management skills. A hands-on maintenance professional who can manage multiple locations, lead technical teams, improve equipment reliability, control maintenance costs, and support smooth day-to-day store operations.
