Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Lead Area Maintenance Managers and oversee 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operations. Own national SLA, preventive maintenance, backlog, safety, vendor, and AMC performance . Manage facilities services including cleaning, water supply, pest control, coffee machines, waste, and related services. Implement and optimize CAFM/FSM workflows for tickets, PPM, assets, vendors, and SLA reporting. Ensure proper store handovers, snag closure, asset records, and supplier warranty claims. Manage operational priorities and maintenance spend in coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Cost Control. Resolve major maintenance and operational escalations. A hands-on leader who can manage a large-scale maintenance operation, drive performance across multiple locations, and ensure reliable and safe facilities operations.
