Facilities Engineer

Mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff, sharing expertise and supporting their professional development. Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance engineering. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with energy management systems and sustainability certifications. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Project management experience, including leading facility upgrade initiatives. Professional certifications such as LEED, PMP, or equivalent.
