Identify opportunities for process improvements and the implementation of new technologies, leading initiatives that increase operational efficiency by a minimum of 15%. Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and professional development.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry. Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design principles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and energy-efficient design. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Leadership experience in team projects or engineering initiatives. Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications.
