Exhibition Services Manager (6 - 12 Months Contract Role)

• Assists the Operations Director in the Implementation and Project management of Expo Centre events, services, and initiatives within the venue, according to administrative procedures. • Assists the exhibitors, together with Customer Service, in providing information on their stand participation needs, pertaining to both design and technical information, before and during the event. • Facilitate the Bill of Quantities, Quotations, and Invoices for Special construction projects of Expo Centre Sharjah. • Assign projects and supervise other designers in the department in providing quality service and design proposals and executing them within the allotted budget and schedule required per project. • Coordinate with the department supervisors in the completion of jobs required by the Operations Department. Purpose of the Job (Overall accountability) Education: A Graduate Degree, preferably in Architecture/ Interior Design or a technical course. Language: Fluency in English. Working knowledge of the Arabic language. Experience: 4 - 7 years of experience in the interior design function of a company within the Exhibition Industry in the GCC, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position. Knowledge of IT tools used for design: AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Word, and Excel, etc.
