Project Cordinator Exhibitions

The Project Coordinator – Exhibitions & Events is a contract, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves coordinating exhibition and event projects from brief to delivery, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. The coordinator will liaise with clients, agencies, and internal teams to clarify requirements, share updates, and ensure that all deliverables match the agreed concepts and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing project documentation, managing vendor and supplier communications, tracking production and installation activities, and supporting on-site execution during build-up and event days. The role also includes monitoring project risks, organizing post-event debriefs, and contributing to process improvements for future projects. Qualifications • Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and on-site execution. • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners. • Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. • Sales-related abilities to support proposal development, upsell services, and contribute to business growth. • Experience in exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing, ideally within the UAE or GCC region. • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under time pressure, and maintain high attention to detail. • Proficiency with basic project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Relevant diploma or degree in Events, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
