Job description

The Role We're looking for a hands-on Event Executive to run our event operations from start to finish. The role is based in our Dubai office and involves regular travel within the UAE, across the GCC, to India and to other countries. Key Responsibilities • Client handling: Manage event enquiries, understand client needs, prepare and share quotations, and negotiate commercials. • Chef and menu support: Work with our chefs on menu planning, food costing, ingredient sourcing and kitchen logistics for each event. • Logistics: Plan and coordinate travel, accommodation, local transport and meals for deployed teams. • Venues and vendors: Assess venues and locations, and build and manage a network of reliable vendors (rentals, crockery, equipment, transport, florists, etc.) to give clients complete event support. • Uniforms and inventory: Keep the uniform inventory up to date, order new stock, and arrange customisation for each client or event. • On-site coordination: Be present at events when needed so that delivery is smooth and on time and meets Elitebutlers standards. • Compliance: Make sure every event follows UAE laws, permits and local practices. • Reporting: Keep event budgets, costings, vendor records and post-event reports accurate. Requirements (must-have) • A valid UAE driving licence • 2 5 years of experience in a hotel, event management company, catering company or luxury hospitality business in the UAE • Good knowledge of UAE laws, local practices and the Dubai events and venue landscape • Understanding of F&B operations, menu planning and food costing • Strong negotiation, client-handling and vendor-management skills • Good organisation skills and the ability to handle several events at once under tight deadlines • Willing to travel within the GCC, to India and internationally at short notice • Fluent English (Hindi or Arabic is an advantage) • Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets and email; able to prepare quotations and costing sheets
