Banquet Supervisor – Wedding Hall

We are looking for an experienced Banquet Supervisor to run daily operations at our wedding hall in Ras Al Khaimah. She will lead the venue team and be the main link between the staff, management and clients. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and schedule venue staff (service, hostesses, cleaning) during setup, events and breakdown • Coordinate with clients before and during events to make sure every detail of the booking is delivered • Act as the link between the operations team and management, and report on events, staffing and issues • Ensure service standards, hygiene and venue presentation stay high • Handle client requests and complaints on the spot • Manage inventory of equipment, décor and supplies at the venue • Train new staff and monitor their performance Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a supervisor in a wedding hall, banquet, or events venue in the UAE/GCC. Mandatory. • Fluent Arabic and good English • Strong leadership skills and a calm attitude under pressure • Excellent communication and customer-service skills • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons • Based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
