Event Sales Executive

The Team Builders is looking for an experienced Events Sales professional to represent two exciting hospitality venues in Dubai: An Upscale, Pet-Friendly Caf An Italian Restaurant & Lounge Key Responsibilities: • Drive event sales, private bookings, corporate events, and special celebrations across both venues. • Develop new business opportunities through corporate outreach, networking, and client relationships. • Manage event enquiries, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. • Coordinate closely with the management team and chefs on event planning, customised menus, pricing, and special requirements. • Ensure seamless communication between clients, chefs, and venue management from enquiry to event execution. • Oversee event arrangements and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. • Build partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and relevant businesses to generate repeat business. • Achieve sales targets and maximise event revenue across both venues. Requirements: • Previous experience in events sales within hospitality, restaurants, caf s, hotels, or lifestyle venues. • Strong corporate sales, networking, and client relationship management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities. • Ability to manage multiple event enquiries and work closely with operational teams. • A proactive, target-driven personality with a passion for hospitality.
