Education Counsellor

• Guide students and parents in selecting suitable educational programmes, internships, and training opportunities. • Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. • Manage student registrations, applications, documentation, and follow-ups. • Promote educational programmes, workshops, internships, and summer camps. • Maintain good relationships with parents and provide timely programme updates. • Convert enquiries into registrations and achieve monthly enrolment targets. • Coordinate with trainers, schools, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery. • Maintain student databases, enquiry records, registration reports, and follow-up trackers. • 1–2 years’ UAE experience in university admissions counselling; maximum two years of relevant experience. • Experience guiding students through applications to universities outside the UAE. • Marketing experience is essential—lead generation, campaigns, social media or events. • Confident calling students and parents, following up and converting enquiries into enrolments. • Strong English communication and relationship-building skills.
