Tele caller and Student Councilor

Job Opening: Telecaller & Student Counsellor Location: UAE Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Job Description We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-oriented Telecaller & Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in student counselling or telecalling, and the ability to convert prospective student enquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries. • Counsel students regarding courses, programmes, admission requirements, and career opportunities. • Understand students’ educational backgrounds and recommend suitable courses. • Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures. • Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. • Generate leads, maintain enquiry records, and update the CRM or database. • Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve assigned enrolment targets. • Assist students throughout the admission and registration process. • Maintain professional relationships with students and parents. • Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth student experience. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in telecalling, student counselling, admissions, or education consultancy. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities. • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business. • A target-oriented attitude with a strong focus on student satisfaction and admissions conversion. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
