Document Controller

• Manage, organize, and maintain all company documents, records, and files in an orderly manner. • Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing documents. • Maintain document control registers, logs, and filing systems. • Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, numbered, and revised according to company procedures. • Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest approved versions are available to authorized personnel. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other departments regarding document submissions. • Prepare and maintain transmittals for the submission and distribution of documents. • Scan, upload, archive, and retrieve electronic and hard-copy documents. • Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and security of company records. • Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and outstanding submissions. • Maintain proper records of correspondence, reports, drawings, contracts, and other project documents. • Ensure compliance with company policies, document control procedures, and quality management requirements. • Support administrative activities and prepare document status reports when required.
