Document Controller

• Specializes in managing technical, legal, and project related documentation • Ensure that all documents are properly filed and stored for easy retrieval. • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before filing • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by providing necessary documents and information. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all documents and records. • Offer assistance and support to other departments as needed. • Continuously improve document comtrol processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Diploma /Degree or equivalent ; additional qualifications in document management related fields are a plus. • Freshers are welcome to apply. • Female Filipino candidates fluent in english is preferred. • Previous experience in MEP or construction is an advantage but not mandatory. • Familiarity with ISO standards and project management methodologies is highly valued. • Proficiency in document management software, MS Office, filing Systems and Document Tracking is essential.
