Document Controller

• Manage, control, organize, and maintain all project, maintenance, and departmental documents across the three entities. • Maintain and update maintenance-related documentation, including preventive maintenance records, service reports, asset registers, technical manuals, and equipment documentation. • Ensure proper document version control, filing, tracking, and retrieval in accordance with company procedures. • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for tools and materials requested by the Production and Maintenance teams. • Follow up on Purchase Order (PO) processing with the Procurement team. • Coordinate with suppliers to track material readiness and delivery schedules. • Follow up on Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) with the Stores team and maintain related records. • Support audits and inspections by ensuring maintenance and operational documentation is up to date and readily available. • 1-5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably supporting maintenance, manufacturing, engineering, or facilities operations. • Experience in managing maintenance documentation, equipment records, work orders, and technical documentation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). • Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and coordination skills. • Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) is preferred. • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
