Position: Director – Lifelong Learning & Executive Education L ocation: Dubai UAE Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Renewal Annually Notice Period: Immediate To 30 Days *Arabic & English Speaking * Develop and execute commercial growth strategies and annual business plans. Drive B2B business development, focusing on UAE government, semi-government, and corporate clients. Build strategic partnerships, secure institutional contracts, and generate repeat business. Develop market-led executive education, customised corporate training, and digital learning programmes. Own revenue forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, and programme profitability. Lead operational excellence, learner experience, and performance monitoring while ensuring compliance with University governance and academic standards. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in executive education, corporate learning, or professional training, including at least 5 years in commercial leadership. Proven track record of closing high-value B2B contracts, achieving revenue targets, and managing strategic accounts in the UAE/GCC. Strong expertise in business development, financial performance, pricing, negotiations, and partnership management. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s degree/MBA preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Arabic proficiency and UAE government-sector experience are strong advantages.
