Business Development Manager -Executive Education

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for executive education programs, identifying new market opportunities and target audiences. • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their talent development needs to tailor program offerings. • Design and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our executive education solutions. • Spearhead lead generation initiatives through networking, industry events, and digital marketing to build a robust sales pipeline. • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account management within the executive education or higher education sector. • Proven track record of successfully developing and closing complex B2B sales cycles, particularly with C-suite executives. • Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and go-to-market strategy development.
