Customer Service & Telecalling Executive

A to Z Furniture is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service & Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries through telephone calls and WhatsApp, understanding customer requirements, providing product information and following up with potential customers to generate sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers. • Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries. • Respond to customer queries professionally. • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information. • Share product catalogues, pictures and pricing details. • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers. • Identify customer interests and purchasing requirements. • Maintain good customer relationships. • Coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries. • Good English communication skills. • Arabic communication is an advantage. • Previous experience in customer service, telecalling or telesales preferred. • Good telephone etiquette and WhatsApp communication skills. • Basic computer knowledge. • Positive attitude with good follow-up skills. • Furniture industry experience is an advantage.
