Customer Service Executive

Job Description We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the perfume industry. Responsibilities • Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. • Assist customers with orders, product information, and complaints. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships. • Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Follow up on pending orders and customer requests. • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service is preferred. • Good communication skills in English. • Arabic is an advantage. • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally. • Good organizational skills and a positive attitude. • Experience in the perfume or retail industry is an advantage.
