Customer Service Executive

Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team in Dubai as Customer Service Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Roles and Responsibilities • Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally. • Follow up with customers and maintain proper records of interactions. • Assist customers with their requests and ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues. • Maintain daily reports and customer databases. • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules. • Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory . • Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, or customer support is preferred. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude. • Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai.
