Tele Call Representative

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. • Generate and qualify sales leads, including leads from social media. • Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer feedback. • Maintain customer records and call reports in CRM. • Build customer relationships, handle inquiries, and achieve call and lead generation targets. • Coordinate with the sales team and support customer retention. Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Joining: Immediate • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales support. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills. • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. • English proficiency required; Arabic and Hindi are an advantage. • Experience in bakery, food ingredients, or hospitality is preferred.
