About the Role We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Tele sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers over the phone, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospective clients. • Promote and explain the company's products and services. • Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. • Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales. • Maintain professional relationships with customers. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Requirements & Qualifications • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident, hardworking, self-motivated, and target-oriented. • Good negotiation and convincing skills. • Ability to handle customer queries professionally. • Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi is highly preferred. • Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. • Candidates who are passionate about sales and customer interaction are welcome.
