Job Title: Inside Telesales Executive (Female) Job location: Dubai, UAE Company Name – Proansa Global Management Consultancy – Dubai, UAE. Number of Vacancies – 5 Nos. About the Company: We are a fast-growing overseas recruitment and business consultancy helping candidates build careers in the UAE, Germany, the UK, and other international destinations. Key Responsibilities: • Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns. • Understand candidates’ education, experience, and career goals. • Explain overseas job opportunities and company services. • Qualify leads and convert them into registered clients. • Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM. • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. • Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams for smooth processing. • Build long-term relationships with candidates. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or recruitment sales. • Excellent English communication skills (Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil is an advantage). • Strong negotiation and convincing skills. • Comfortable working with CRM software. • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
