• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively pitching products and services tailored to their needs, ensuring a personalized customer experience. • Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads efficiently. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication techniques and strategic questioning to close deals. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to position the company effectively. • Qualify leads through targeted questioning, identifying customer pain points and suggesting appropriate solutions that enhance sales opportunities. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sale support to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and share feedback on customer responses to optimize future strategies. • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet converted to ensure the sales funnel remains active. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong technical skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective dialogue with clients and facilitating successful sales closures. • A customer-centric approach with an innate ability to empathize with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed.
